TensorFlow handpose model

I got to play a bit with the handpose model from TensorFlow.

If you don't know what Tensorflow is, you can check it up here.

We will build an handpose model web app that understands hand gestures together with finger posing like "VICTORY" or "THUMBS UP".

But before that we need to install all the dependencies.
